Sync Health
Monitor wallet sync status and ensure customer cards are up to date.
What is Sync Health?
Sync health shows whether customer cards are successfully syncing with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Healthy sync means customers see their updated points and rewards in real-time.
Viewing Sync Status
Go to Settings > Sync Health to view the sync status of your cards. You'll see:
- Sync success rate
- Failed syncs with error details
- Last sync time
Troubleshooting Sync Issues
If sync health shows issues, check that your internet connection is stable and that card data is valid. Contact support if issues persist.
