Overview
The Analytics tab provides real-time insights into your loyalty program's performance. Track customer growth, engagement, and redemption patterns to make data-driven decisions.
Analytics help you understand what's working, identify opportunities for improvement, and measure the ROI of your loyalty program. Regular review leads to better decisions and higher customer retention.
Accessing Analytics
To access your analytics dashboard:
- Open the Niqati merchant app
- Tap the "Analytics" tab from the bottom navigation
- View your dashboard with real-time data
Dashboard Stats
The top of the analytics dashboard displays key performance indicators at a glance.
Total Customers
The number of active customers in your loyalty program.
- What it measures: Customers who have added your card to their wallet
- Why it matters: Shows program reach and adoption
- Good trend: Steady increase over time
Total Cards Issued
The total number of cards added to customer wallets.
- What it measures: Cards successfully added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- Why it matters: Indicates successful customer onboarding
- Good trend: Growth matching or exceeding customer acquisition
Points Issued
The total number of points issued to customers.
- What it measures: All points given to customers across all transactions
- Why it matters: Shows program activity and customer engagement
- Good trend: Consistent growth with business activity
Points Redeemed
The total number of points used for rewards.
- What it measures: Points customers have used to claim rewards
- Why it matters: Indicates reward attractiveness and program value
- Good trend: Healthy redemption rate (not too high, not too low)
Visits This Month
The number of customer visits in the current month.
- What it measures: Customer interactions with your business
- Why it matters: Shows program impact on foot traffic
- Good trend: Growth month-over-month

Customer Growth
A line chart showing new customers over time.
- X-axis: Time (days, weeks, or months)
- Y-axis: Number of new customers
- What to look for: Growth rate, seasonal patterns, impact of promotions
Visits Trend
A chart showing visit patterns over time.
- X-axis: Time
- Y-axis: Number of visits
- What to look for: Peak times, slow periods, weekly patterns
Points Flow
A comparison of points issued vs points redeemed.
- Issued: Points given to customers
- Redeemed: Points used for rewards
- What to look for: Balance between earning and spending
A healthy program has more points issued than redeemed, but not by too much. If redemption is too low, rewards may not be attractive enough. If too high, you may be giving away too much value.
Notification Analytics
Track the performance of your notification campaigns.
Campaigns Sent
Total number of notification campaigns sent.
Delivery Rate
Percentage of notifications successfully delivered.
- Good rate: Above 95%
- If low: Check customer wallet status and technical issues
Success vs Failed
Breakdown of delivery status.
- Success: Notifications delivered successfully
- Failed: Notifications that couldn't be delivered
- Action: Investigate failed notifications for patterns
Time Range Selection
Filter your analytics by time period to focus on specific periods.
Available Ranges
- Today: Current day's data
- This week: Current week (Monday to Sunday)
- This month: Current calendar month
- Last 7 days: Rolling 7-day period
- Last 30 days: Rolling 30-day period
- Custom range: Select specific start and end dates
Best Practices
- Use "This month" for regular performance reviews
- Use "Last 30 days" for trend analysis
- Use custom ranges for campaign evaluation
- Compare similar periods (e.g., this month vs last month)
Exporting Data
