In short: We only collect what we need to run your loyalty program, we never sell your data, and you can delete your account at any time from inside the app. Niqati operates in line with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
1. Who we are
Niqati ("نقاطي") is a digital loyalty platform that allows businesses in Saudi Arabia to issue Apple Wallet and Google Wallet loyalty cards to their customers. Our services are operated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — name, phone number, email address, and (for businesses) commercial registration details and payment information.
- Loyalty activity — visits, points or stamps earned and redeemed, rewards unlocked, and the businesses you interact with through Niqati.
- Device information — model, operating system, app version, language, and crash diagnostics, used solely to keep the service stable.
- Approximate location (only if you grant permission) to enable nearby business discovery and geo‑aware wallet notifications.
- Communications — messages you send to our support team.
3. How we use information
- To create and operate your loyalty card and account.
- To deliver wallet updates, points, stamps, rewards, and notifications.
- To provide analytics to merchants about their own loyalty program (in aggregated, non‑identifying form whenever possible).
- To improve the security, reliability and performance of the service.
- To comply with applicable Saudi laws and respond to lawful requests.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of the services you requested, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, and compliance with Saudi laws including the PDPL.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only:
- With the merchants whose loyalty cards you choose to use, limited to what is required to run that loyalty program.
- With trusted service providers (cloud hosting, payments, messaging) under strict confidentiality obligations.
- With Apple Wallet and Google Wallet to deliver your card and updates to your device.
- When required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property and safety.
6. Data location & retention
We store data on secure cloud infrastructure with strong encryption in transit and at rest. We retain your data only for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
- Access, correct, or update your personal data.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing.
- Request a copy or deletion of your data.
- Object to processing, where applicable under PDPL.

8. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from within the Niqati app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. See our dedicated Account Deletion page for details.
9. Children
Niqati is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.
10. Security
We use industry‑standard safeguards including TLS encryption, hashed credentials, role‑based access, and continuous monitoring. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
