Redeeming Rewards
Process customer reward redemptions efficiently.
How to Redeem
- Scan customer's QR code or find them in customer list
- View their points balance
- Tap "Redeem Reward"
- Select the reward they want to redeem
- Confirm redemption
- Points are deducted from their balance
Voiding Redemptions
If a redemption was made in error, you can void it from the customer's transaction history.
