App Issues

App won't open

  • Force close and reopen the app
  • Check for app updates
  • Restart your device
  • Reinstall the app if needed

Can't sign in

  • Tap "Forgot Password" to reset
  • Check your internet connection
  • Contact support if issue persists

Card Issues

Customer can't add card

  • Ensure customer is using Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
  • Check that wallet app is up to date
  • Verify card link is correct
