Create your Niqati merchant account and get started with your loyalty program in minutes.

Downloading the App

Before you can sign up, you'll need to download the Niqati merchant app. The app is available on both iOS and Android platforms.

ℹ️ Platform Requirements

iOS 14.0 or later for iPhone, Android 8.0 or later for Android devices.

For iOS (iPhone)

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone
  2. Search for "Niqati - Merchant App"
  3. Tap "Get" to download the app
  4. Wait for the installation to complete
  5. Open the app from your home screen

For Android

  1. Open Google Play Store on your Android device
  2. Search for "Niqati - Merchant App"
  3. Tap "Install" to download the app
  4. Wait for the installation to complete
  5. Open the app from your app drawer

Creating Your Account

Once you've downloaded the app, follow these steps to create your merchant account.

  1. Open the Niqati merchant app
  2. Tap "Sign Up" on the welcome screen
  3. Enter your email address — This will be your primary login method
  4. Create a secure password — Use at least 8 characters with a mix of letters and numbers
  5. Enter your business name — This is how your business will appear to customers
  6. Enter your phone number — For account verification and support
  7. Select your business category — Choose from: Restaurant, Café, Salon, Pharmacy, Grocery, Fashion, Sports, or Other
  8. Review and accept the Terms of Service
  9. Tap "Create Account"
💡 Pro Tip

Use your business email address (e.g., owner@yourcafe.com) rather than a personal email. This makes it easier to manage your account and ensures important notifications reach the right person.

Account Verification

After signing up, you may need to verify your email address or phone number.

Email Verification

If email verification is required:

  1. Check your inbox for a verification email from Niqati
  2. If you don't see it within 5 minutes, check your spam folder
  3. Click the verification link in the email
  4. Return to the app — your account is now verified

Phone Verification

If phone verification is required:

  1. Enter the phone number you provided during sign-up
  2. Wait for the SMS verification code (usually arrives within 30 seconds)
  3. Enter the code in the app
  4. Your phone number is now verified

After Sign Up

Once your account is created and verified, you'll be taken to the home screen. Here's what you can do next:

  • Create your first loyalty card — Tap the "+" button or "Create Card" to start designing
  • Explore the dashboard — View analytics, customer lists, and settings
  • Customize your profile — Update your business information in Settings
  • Add team members — (Coming soon) Invite staff to help manage your loyalty program
⚠️ Important

Your account is linked to your email address. You can sign in on any device using your email and password. Keep your credentials secure and don't share them with unauthorized users.

Troubleshooting

Can't find the app in the store?

Make sure you're searching for "Niqati - Merchant App" (not just "Niqati"). The merchant app is separate from the customer-facing app.

Didn't receive verification email?

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, tap "Resend verification email" in the app. If you still don't receive it, contact support.

Forgot your password?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Need to change your email?

Go to Settings > Account Settings to update your email address. You'll need to verify the new email address before the change takes effect.
