Adding Points

Issue points to customers for their purchases. Learn about scanner usage and manual point entry methods.

Overview

When a customer makes a purchase, you'll add points to their account. This can be done using the QR scanner for fast checkout or manually from the customer list.

Using the Scanner

The fastest way to add points is by scanning the customer's QR code.

  1. Go to the "Scanner" tab in the app
  2. Point your camera at the customer's QR code (on their phone or printed)
  3. The app automatically finds the customer
  4. Enter the points to add (or use quick-add buttons)
  5. Tap "Add Points"
  6. The customer's card updates instantly in their wallet

From Customer List

Add points manually when scanning isn't practical.

  1. Go to "Customers" tab
  2. Search for the customer by name or phone
  3. Tap on the customer
  4. Tap "Add Points"
  5. Enter the amount and confirm

Voiding Transactions

If you make a mistake, you can void a transaction. Go to the customer's detail, find the transaction, and tap "Void". The points will be removed from their balance.
