The Niqati digital menu

A professional QR menu for your restaurant or café.

A digital menu is your food list on a single web page that your customer opens by scanning a QR code with their phone camera — no app to download and no account to create. You build it in the Niqati app, publish it in one tap, and change prices and items any time without reprinting a single sticker.

The free plan covers a complete small menu — no card needed.

The basics

What is a QR code menu?

A QR code menu is your food list and prices living on one web page that a guest reaches by scanning a code printed on the table or at the till. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, and no paper to reprint every time a price moves.

It ends reprint costs

Price up? A seasonal dish in? Something out of stock for a week? You edit it from your phone and publish. The printed stickers never change.

It shortens the order

Items, prices, calories and allergens are already in front of the guest, so staff aren't reciting the menu from scratch at every table.

It works on any phone

An ordinary web page that opens in Safari, Chrome or anything else. No particular OS, no recent handset required.

Simple by design

Just a beautiful menu.

No ordering systems. No payment setup. No extra steps. Niqati keeps the focus on your food and drinks, with a menu your guests can enjoy browsing.

  • Scan and browse
  • Clear photos, prices and details
  • Order with your staff as usual

You manage the menu. Your team takes the order. Your guests enjoy the experience.

The steps

How the menu works for your guest

From scanning the code to reading the price — with no extra step asked of them.

1

They scan

Your guest opens the camera and points it at the QR sticker on the table. No barcode-reader app needed — the phone camera is enough.

2

The menu opens

It loads straight in the browser with your logo and your colour. No download, no account, and no cookie-consent box in the way.

3

They browse and decide

They move between categories, search for a dish, and open any item to see sizes, calories and allergens.

Layouts

Five layouts — try them above on the menu itself.

One menu; the layout only changes how it looks. Switch whenever you like without re-entering a single item.

Classic

A list with a small photo per item. The default, and it reads well however big the menu gets.

Compact

For the long menu: no photos, no descriptions, one line per item and its price.

Visual

The photo takes the full width above the name and price. For kitchens that shoot well.

Pro

Elegant

Like a printed fine-dining card: no photos, and a dotted leader running to the price.

Pro

Grid

Two columns of tiles. Suits desserts, drinks and quick-service counters.

Pro

You pick the logo and the brand colour; the system derives the text shade itself so the contrast stays readable on whatever colour you choose.

Use what you need and leave the rest — an empty field simply never appears to your guest.

The printed code

A QR that stays put — you never reprint it.

The printed sticker does not carry your menu address. It carries a permanent eight-character code that points at it. Change the link, the shop name, even the layout — the stickers on the tables carry on working.

Scan for the menu
No app, no account
niqati.com · 7k2m9p4a
1
menu.niqati.com/r/7k2m9p4a The permanent code on the sticker. It never changes, and it is never reissued to another menu.
307
temporary redirect Temporary on purpose — a permanent redirect gets cached by the phone, so the first rename would pin the device to a dead address from its own cache.
2
menu.niqati.com/rawaq Your menu's current address. Change it in the field below and watch what happens to the sticker.
The printed sticker still works — rawaq is the new address

The old address doesn't die either: every link you leave behind is kept and forwards to the new one rather than returning an error. And you can mint a separate code for each spot — "Table 4", "Till", "Instagram bio" — then find out which one actually gets scanned.

Analytics

What the menu analytics tell you

Three numbers, deliberately kept apart. The gap between them is the information — one number that merges all three hides more than it tells you.

QR scans
1,143

Someone opened a QR code. Includes idle scans and automated hits — we don't tidy that up for you.

Visits
787

Actually reached the menu page. Counted once per browsing session, not once per page refresh.

Product opens
1,676

Tapped an item to read its detail. Counted once per product per session.

1,143 scans against 787 visits is a more honest sentence than one number pretending to be both. The gap tells you something real: a sticker in an awkward spot, a scratched code, or a crowd at the door.

Daily visits

0346830 days agotoday
QR scans Visits

The day starts at midnight in Riyadh, not UTC — so "yesterday" for you really is yesterday. And a quiet day shows as a clear zero instead of being dropped, which would make the week look busier than it was.

The top 20 items, over 7, 30 or 90 days. Data is kept for 400 days and then deleted automatically — long enough to compare this Ramadan with last. The detailed analytics (the daily chart, the traffic sources and the most-opened items) are on the Pro plan; the free plan gives you the three totals.

Privacy

No cookies, and no ads.

The menu page sets no cookies — which is why there is no consent box on it, because there is nothing to consent to. It carries no third-party tracking or analytics scripts, no advertising, and nothing that sells your guest's attention to anyone.

What we measure

Aggregated daily counters: how many times a code was scanned, how many visits landed, and how many times each item was opened. There is no row per visitor — there is one row per day.

What we don't

No device type, no browser, no hour of the day, no geography, no referring site, and no identity of any kind that would tie one visit to another.

The only things saved on your guest's phone are their language choice and a temporary flag that disappears when the tab closes so we don't count them twice. Neither holds an identifier, and neither leaves the device. Read the privacy policy and our security practices.

Running it

From edit to published

You edit a draft, and your guest sees nothing until you press Publish. No half-built menu ever sits on a table.

Saves as you type

Type a price and it saves itself, with a "Saved ✓" tick confirming it landed. There is no Save button to forget.

Drag to reorder

Drag items and categories into the order you want. What you see in the app is exactly what your guest sees.

Update availability easily

One switch marks an item sold out — without deleting it, and without republishing the whole menu.

Duplicate a whole menu

Open a second branch with a copy of the same items, categories and design, then edit it at your own pace.

Archive instead of delete

An archived menu disappears from your guests and loses nothing. Restore it whenever you like and it comes back as a draft.

Poster studio Pro

Seven designs in four sizes — story, square, and A4 portrait and landscape at print quality. The free plan still gives you a print-ready QR image.

With your loyalty programme

Works on its own, or with your loyalty card.

The menu is complete by itself. But if you run a Niqati loyalty programme you can link the two — an invitation then appears at the foot of the menu, and the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Want to earn rewards?

Appears at the foot of the menu, after the last item.

Add the loyalty card

The guest who just read your menu is the closest customer you have

They are in your shop right now, and they opened your list a second ago. That is the best moment to ask them to join your points or stamps programme — with no second card to print and no second sticker on the table.

The card itself lives in the phone's wallet and updates on its own. Read more about loyalty cards and digital loyalty cards.

Plainly

A menu, without the ordering and payments complexity.

The Niqati menu is for showing and browsing. That is a decision, not an omission: most restaurants and cafés want a clean, fast, easy-to-update list — not a second till system beside the one they run.

What you get

A full list with categories, items, prices, sizes, calories and allergens; search inside the menu; an announcement bar; call, WhatsApp, directions and Instagram buttons; analytics; and an optional link to your loyalty programme.

What you don't

No cart, no ordering, no payments and no delivery; no separate menu per branch; and no time-of-day scheduling for items. And because we take no orders, there is no commission on any order.

FAQ

Questions restaurant and café owners ask.

Does my customer need an app or an account to open the menu?

No. Your customer points their phone camera at the QR code and the menu opens straight in the browser. Nothing to download, no account, no phone number. The account is yours, not theirs — you need one because you build the menu in the Niqati app.

How much does the digital menu cost?

The menu is included on the free plan: one menu, 15 products, 3 categories, 2 QR codes and 2 of the 5 layouts. Pro is SAR 49.99 a month or SAR 499.99 a year and raises that to 3 menus, 500 products, 50 categories and 25 QR codes, and unlocks English, all five layouts, the poster studio and the detailed analytics.

If I rename my menu, do the printed stickers stop working?

No. The printed sticker does not carry your menu address — it carries a permanent 8-character code that points at it. Rename the menu or the shop whenever you like and the stickers on the tables keep working. The old address does not die either: it keeps forwarding to the new one instead of returning an error page.

Does the menu support English?

Yes, on Pro. The menu is always built in Arabic first; you switch English on and fill the translations in one pass from the Languages tab. Your customer then gets a language toggle inside the same page — same link, same QR code, no second URL.

Where should I put the QR code in my restaurant?

On the tables, at the till, on the shopfront and in your Instagram bio. You can create a separate code for each spot and label it — "Table 4", "Till" — and then see in the analytics which one actually gets scanned.

Can my customer order from the menu?

No. The Niqati menu is for browsing: items, prices and details. There is no cart, no ordering and no payments. Your customer reads and then orders from a member of staff as usual — and you pay no commission on orders we never take.

Does the menu collect data about my customers?

No. The menu page sets no cookies at all, and carries no third-party tracking or analytics scripts. We store no IP address, no device fingerprint and no visitor identity. The analytics are aggregated daily counters only — how many times a code was scanned, how many visits landed, which item was opened — and they are deleted automatically after 400 days.

How many items can I add on the free plan?

15 products across 3 categories, with 2 QR codes. And if you drop from Pro back to free, nothing is deleted — the items over the limit are only hidden, and all of them come back the moment you resubscribe, with no need to republish.
