Delete your Niqati account

You're always in control of your data. You can permanently delete your Niqati account at any time, directly from inside the app — no email tickets, no waiting.

Where to do it: Open the Niqati app on your phone and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Step by step

  1. Open the Niqati app on your iPhone or Android device and make sure you're signed in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Tap the Settings icon from the bottom navigation (or the menu in the top corner).
  3. Open the “Account” section.
  4. Tap “Delete Account” at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Confirm the action. Your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, email, phone number).
  • Your loyalty cards and personal point/stamp history linked to your account.
  • Your saved preferences and notification settings.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period when required by Saudi law (for example: financial records for tax purposes), or in anonymized/aggregated form that no longer identifies you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Reminder: Deleting your account also removes your loyalty progress with all merchants using Niqati. This action is permanent.
